Chris’s path into IT wasn’t part of some lifelong master plan. In his words, he “sort of stumbled into it.” What started as a role in telecom sales grew into a decade-long journey through IT and cloud solutions. Before he ever set foot in IA, he was helping clients across Western and Central New York navigate the shifting world of Cloud Infrastructure as a Service, eventually leading Cloud Sales for EarthLink Business. Somewhere along the way, he discovered that what he enjoyed most wasn’t the tech itself - it was helping people make sense of it.

As Sr. Director of Solution Sales, Chris leads both our Technical Sales and Client Success teams. Externally, he’s the steady guide clients rely on to make smart IT decisions - cutting through the noise of countless manufacturers, strategies and technical details. Internally, he’s the architect of processes, training, and support systems that help our teams thrive. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how he likes it. “There’s never a dull moment,” Chris says, whether he’s streamlining internal workflows or helping a client map out their next big move.
But beyond the leadership meetings and strategy sessions, there’s another side of Chris - one that exists far from conference rooms and cloud diagrams. When the ice melts off the lakes of New York, he’s gone. Out on the water, he trades laptops for lures. As an avid bass fisherman and member of Flower City Sportsmen, Chris spends every possible free moment casting a line, soaking in the quiet rhythm of the lake, and embracing the simple calm that fishing brings. And when he’s not on the water, he’s usually knee-deep in a home improvement project, tackling something new just for the challenge of it.
Chris’s admiration for hard work and passion traces back to two people who shaped him early on - his aunt and uncle. They built a life from scratch, running everything from a home bakery to a bed and breakfast to a photography business. Their fearlessness left a mark. “They are the true definition of following their passions,” he says, and their example helped guide his own winding, rewarding career.
