At Info Advantage, we love showcasing the incredible people who make our team special. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Nick Wetherwax, our Senior Director of Technical Solutions.
🚀 Professional Journey
Nick’s career path in IT began during college, where he worked as a Repair Technician for a local ISP, troubleshooting internet service issues. After graduation, he joined Info Advantage as a Helpdesk Technician, gaining firsthand experience in how businesses depend on IT to operate effectively.
From there, Nick went on to hold pivotal roles as Network Engineer and IT Manager for a local manufacturing company, and later as IT Director for a Buffalo medical imaging practice. Through these experiences, Nick discovered a passion for business-to-business IT services, where every client presents unique challenges and opportunities. That passion eventually brought him back to Info Advantage and the world of managed IT.
💼 Current Role at IA
As Sr. Director of Technical Solutions, Nick ensures IA’s services are delivered seamlessly. He coordinates resources, oversees project deliverables, and continuously optimizes our technology stack and internal toolset—always with the goal of better serving our clients.
❤️ What I Love About My Role
Nick shares:
“Working in a smaller company environment feels more personal and genuine than being in a large corporate setting. That sense of authenticity carries through to our customers in a way that’s both relatable and appreciated.”
👦 A Look Back
While young Nick once dreamed of becoming a police officer, life had other plans. His path led him into IT, where he found his true calling.
🌳 Outside of Work
Nick enjoys spending time outdoors - hunting with his dad and brothers or riding motorcycles. Growing up on a dairy farm shaped his values and work ethic, and he proudly says he wouldn’t trade that childhood for anything.
⭐ Inspirations & Favorites
What I Admire Most: Faith, courage and progress
Unique Life Experience: Growing up on a farm
Superhero: Spiderman (90’s cartoon version - not the hipster Tom Holland one!)
Book: It Takes What It Takes by Trevor Moawad
Movie: Gladiator
Favorite Place to Visit: The Jersey Shore - unapologetically Nick and his wife Kassidy love it.
Binge-Worthy Show: Jersey Shore - also unapologetically
💙 Giving Back: Open Heart Outlaws
One of the most meaningful chapters in Nick’s life began after his dad was injured in a work accident. Out of that experience, he co-founded Open Heart Outlaws, a nonprofit that provides support to working-class families in need. Their mission: to ensure no one has to navigate life’s toughest challenges alone.

At Info Advantage, we’re thrilled to welcome Brittany Tenn to the team as our newest Client Success Representative! With a strong background in customer service and a talent for building lasting relationships, Brittany brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant energy to our team.
Before joining us, Brittany spent four years as a Service Manager at a pest control company, where she mastered the art of keeping customers informed, supported, and satisfied. Now, she’s channeling that same dedication into her role here — handling everything from manufacturer renewals and order processing to billing reconciliation and administrative reporting.
When asked what she loves most about her role, Brittany doesn’t hesitate: “The work environment.” That team-first mindset and positive attitude are already making a big impact!
Outside of work, Brittany has a passion for anime, video games and writing poetry, a creative combo that reflects her thoughtful, imaginative spirit. She’s also a former college soccer goalkeeper, and not just any goalie — Brittany broke the record for most saves in a single season, ranked 10th in the country for saves per game, and 4th nationally in total season saves. Talk about a powerhouse!
She admires her father most, finds peace in nature, and loves to get lost in a good binge-watch of Bridgerton. Her favorite book is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and her favorite superhero? Batman, of course.
We’re so excited to have Brittany on the team. Her drive, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction are already helping us raise the bar.
Welcome, Brittany!
Meet Rikki Weller, our talented Marketing Executive at Info Advantage!
Rikki wears many creative hats — she’s responsible for everything from social media content and campaign strategy to fun internal branding, events, and, of course, poodle-powered storytelling.
If you follow our social media, you've probably seen her four-legged co-stars: Charlie Chip and Dexter, her adorable mini poodles, and Emmy Lou, her sweet Bernedoodle. Together with the rest of the “IA Poodle Pack – Captain Jack, Wall-e, Kira and Pickles” they help keep our workplace playful paws-itively fun.
Creating content featuring Captain Jack and the other office pups is one of Rikki’s favorite things to do.
Rikki’s love for storytelling extends far beyond Instagram captions. She’s a published author of a young-adult fantasy trilogy:
📚 The Princess and the Locket
📚 The Princess and the Ticking Clock
📚 The Princess and the Ring of Destiny
Her newest novel, Two Sides of One Epic Playlist, is currently being shopped to publishers — so stay tuned!
Before joining Info Advantage in December 2023, Rikki built a diverse and dynamic career. She studied journalism in college, then spent over a decade writing for weekly and daily newspapers. In 2017, she shifted gears into public relations and marketing, working with non-profits and later as a Community Engagement Manager for a solar company.
When she’s not working or writing, Rikki is probably watching one of her many favorite shows. She loves a good binge — from The Summer I Turned Pretty (she’s Team Conrad, in case you’re wondering) to classics like Always Sunny in Philadelphia, What We Do in the Shadows, Bridgerton, Pretty Little Liars, Parks and Recreation, The Office, and Vampire Diaries. She also loves reality tv like The Challenge, Catfish and Below Deck, and can’t help but watch a murder documentary.
Her movie tastes are equally eclectic: Pride and Prejudice (2005), True Lies, The Wizard of Oz, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and even Pride, Prejudice and Zombies top the list.
A lifelong music fan, Rikki grew up surrounded by a wide variety of genres. She’s especially fond of Blink-182, Maroon 5, Green Day, Ed Sheeran, and of course, Taylor Swift — her all-time favorite.
Her childhood dream? To be April O’Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — which helped inspire her love for journalism. Today, she still loves superheroes, with Captain America as her favorite (though she has a soft spot for Loki).
Outside the office, Rikki enjoys building Legos, cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, camping with her husband Michael, and getting back into golf — a sport she played competitively in high school and college. Her favorite holiday is Halloween, and she loves to come up with multiple costumes each October. She’s already got her costumes in the works for this year. Rikki also loves traveling, and true to her Weller last name, her favorite place in the world is Disney.
Originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, Rikki moved to Lockport in 2008 with her mom and stepdad and later settled in Albion with Michael in 2021.
Creative and clever, Rikki brings storytelling and heart to everything she does at Info Advantage. We’re lucky to have her on the team!
